Location was quiet and easily accessible, parking on the adjacent street was no problem. House was clean and tidy, arrival hamper was a nice surprise.

Could do with another full length mirror and some curtains on top of blinds especially in these summer months.

The property itself is fine. Initially I spent £586 for 4 days, booking a 3 bedroom for myself, partner and friends (who only stayed for two of the four days). I did state 3 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN ( that a couple of my partner's friends would be staying and there was NO MENTION of extra charges. The property manager must spend their time WATCHING CAMERAS and NOT READING MESSAGES as I was told the following morning that I had incurred £120 of EXTRA CHARGES plus £10 administration fee for the 2 guests that were only staying with us for 2 out of the four days, BRINGING MY TOTAL TO £716. This property CANNOT BE TRUSTED with your deposit, despite leaving the property tidy and trying to explain the miscommunication, there were adamant they wanted more money from me despite the house sleeping at least 7, me having 5 was an infringement that required an extra £130 for the 2 nights they stayed, THEY KEPT £130 of my £200 deposit. I WOULD NOT stay at this property again. They can't be trusted with your deposit or to read messages properly but you can be sure they will be looking at the cameras, 24/7.

Good communication, nice clean house. Good location close to city centre.

The host requested a deposit of £200 for damages to the property aside from the payment for the stay in the property. After me stay, she refused to pay me back my deposit despite no damages made. She coined bizarre excuses such as noise to the neighbours and breach of contract. THIS HOST WILL DO ANYTHING TO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT FROM YOU!!!!

The location, new build, clean and modern. The digital door system was very easy to use. The host was very hospital and checking in (via text ) to make sure our stay was going ok, which we appreciated

Wasn't too sure if we was allowed visitors. But we didn't ask. The location is new, which puzzled the ubers or uber eats but wasn't too difficult to navigate

Immaculately clean. Superbly decorated and very spacious. Excellent communication.

The traffic noise from the main arterial route behind- was quite hot so wanted to leave a window open but was very loud. Not sold on the locking of the door via an app.

It is a fairly new property that was modern and clean and matched the pictures and description. Access is via an App which is a modern approach and was simple to use. Location was perfect for us and parking was right outside the door. The host kept in contact from initial reservation through to check-in and check-out and responded to queries very quickly. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The duplex townhouse was very new and clean, location near by downtown & China town. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking was very convenient right outside.
