AU- The location was great because it is close to fast food places, shopping needs and a short drive to downtown. - There were 3 bedrooms and a large couch so there is enough room for 4 guests. - The kitchen was well stocked with enough utensils for cooking. - The fridge had plentiful storage. - The smart tv in the living room had access to all the streaming services and youtube. - The wifi had decent speed. - The bins had enough space to store rubbish. - The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries.
BEAR IN MIND: I did share these criticisms to the owner and they have acknowledged it. They aim to make improvements to the property so future guests do not have the same negative experiences that I had, - The upstairs area was poorly ventilated and was very hot during the day. One of the bedrooms did not have any fans or air conditioning which made it a hotbox. - There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. The owner did send some ant traps which partially helped. - The dishwasher did not work properly. - The kitchen had a weird smell.
