The house was amazing, spacious and clean. Ms Kelly was very humble, responsive and sweet. Looking forward for another stay cation over there 😀

Apartment was furnished nicely, modern and clean. One bathroom per room was much appreciated. Parking is generous and located near the lift to the apartment.

Was given wrong address to the property and ended up in some industrial estate. Had to key in Icon City into Google Maps to find the correct address. Also, we went to the wrong valet, so from there, it was hard to follow the picture instructions to find the mailbox/key collection location. Was wandering for quite a while and ended up being delayed to dinner. Did not receive proper instructions on the keys either, and one of the keycards ended up not usable so we were stuck at the entrance trying to get in for some time until a kind resident helped us get in and told us our keycard was low on battery. The host only told me to use the other white card when I asked. Before that, I did not know what it was for as it looked different from the other two access cards and I thought it was just a piece of plastic. Advertised as having 4 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the bedrooms, but we were missing 2 single beds which we needed for our group of 10. I was told after that the listing was wrong. The sofa bed wasn't too comfortable. Also, we were short of two towels. The host was apologetic though, and provided some compensation. Also, there are no local channels on the TV, only smart TV access, and all the apps need account log-in except for youtube, so we were stuck only watching youtube. Btw, the apartment is located in a shopping building, we thought we could do some shopping there, but ended up not being able to find the advertised Thursday market, and the building is rather empty with only a few shop and eatery tenants. Seems a bit like a dead town, though it looks new.
