Villa seaview and apartment -Spa Da Nang Resort by JT group "Free pick up"

The room is part of the Hyatt Regency resort and you have access to all the amenities like the pools, restaurant and gym. There are 2 pools which our kids loved especially with the water slide. The room is very big and spacious and looks out at one of the pools. The cleaners came everyday and gave the room a quick clean and replaced the towels. They left water for us daily as well. Le Tan the host is awesome. She organised our laundry to be cleaned and even had her staff bring us breakfast one morning. She organised a driver to pick us up from Hoi An for free and was very helpful with any questions we had. I had left some money in my laundry and Le Tan had her staff go back to the laundry service to pick it up and left it in the room for me.

Some of the furniture is a little old and dusty. The lounge has a bit of a musty smell.

Honestly couldn’t fault it.

Host was very nice and helpful. Even with getting us transportation to get around. We were only suppose to stay 2 nights but ended up staying the week. Even though we could not stay in the room we booked. Host was able to accommodate us in another villa. We will definitely be back. Thanks 😊 for the great experience.

Loved the beach, the facilities, the pool etc

A bit far from town

The apartment was spacious. Mostly well equip. Plenty of clean towels and water provided. The apartment is in the Hyatt complex which is fantastic - very beautiful beach from bar and pools. Great gym and other resort ammenities all available. Short grab to my an for restaurants as well Host is very helpful and responsive when we needed anything

Some of the furniture is showing signs of age and ceiling fan in bedroom did not work and air conditioner in bedroom was loud - hence 1 star deducted. But everything was still perfectly usable and fine.
