Our host, was helpful and thoughtful and even arranged complimentary airport pickups for us. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, relatively modern and with full access to all the amazing Hyatt resort amenities. The kids really enjoyed Camp Hyatt, with its climbing wall, multiple pools, and many kids club activities. The beach in front of the hotel is a wide golden sand beach perfect for swimming. The only slight negative were the housekeeping staff who could do a better job of cleaning , but host was quick to address the issue

Serious mould/mildew issue! They even had several electrical air purifyers to assist but this did very little. The black mould was obvious in the air con vents. Also, the property manager added 'no show' to our booking on booking.com (after check out) and when I queried why, she confirmed that she did not charge us enough to also pay comission to them- so by adding 'no show', she could avoid paying said fees. Absolutely terrible experience all round

The beach and the Pool restaurant were our favourite. We loved that the resort was spacious, with so many spaces to enjoy. The ocean was great, so clean with beautiful sand. We much preferred to stay on this quiet beach than In Danang surrounded by hotels. We would definitely stay again. It was just fabulous!

We had a memorable experience for a lifetime, Got a chance to meet up with a wonderful host Miss Tam who is excellent in customer service skills and always smiling and attentive. Their politeness and courteous behavior make my day even better. I highly recommend this place, to visitors across the globe. You will surely have a great time while staying there.

All the things matched our expectations, and I hardly noticed anything that could annoy us.
