The location was in a odd place .

The location outside the compound . Pavia is a run down dirty City . I was quite disappointed as we were there to look up relatives who lived nearby . I don't recommend anything in Pavia . I would avoid it all together but if you have to go their this is a fine and safe place to stay . Do better Pavia Updated response . The place is like Ft Knox surrounding the compound is rundown and your pictures you post are Misleading and deceptive . Yes the apartment itself was Nice surrounded by Crap .

For this price level, I would expect at least complementary water.

Very clean and spacious with good facilities.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen; beautiful furniture and decor. There was a coffee machine with pastries for free, and little thoughtful touches everywhere in the flat. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Paola, our host, was very helpful, always replying to our messages quickly. We felt very welcome. Very comfortable beds. One bedroom had an assortment of toys and books for the kids.

Nothing

It was very cold and the owner had the thermostat under lock and key. You would expect to have the freedom to regulate the heating in the dead of winter, particularly when you've spent about 80 euros per person, 320 in total. This was very very disappointing.

Great location in a non tourist area but close to the old town - property was immaculate well equipped and stylish

The lounge curtains let in too much light so sleeping in one of the areas can be difficult
