Home is spacious and has a better view and surroundings than I expected. The proximity to Sedona was also better than expected and I wish I could have stayed one more night.

The heater for the hot tub and pool were not working but the caretaker sent a team immediately. They refunded some money as well and did everything they could. Honestly it was a fluke and I 100% believe this was a one time thing. I would not allow that to be a concern. We had three javalinas visit the front of the house, that was pretty neat and not scary - they are not like wild hogs but scared my wife at first.
