Ar condicionado avariado, nunca recebi o código depois de realizar o check in por isso ficamos mais de 30 minutos para conseguir entrar. Localização péssima.

В целом в апартаментах было достаточно чисто и хороший набор удобств

Заселение по коду, который не прислали ни после регистрации, ни после звонка в службу поддержки. В условиях бронирования было написано, что возможен поздний заезд. По итогу с 22:00 до 23:00 час стояли под дверью и общались по телефону со службой поддержки, по роумингу (местную сим-карту не успели купить из-за позднего прилета). Дверь нам открыли разово удаленно, сказали постоянный код пришлют в течение 20 минут, но на утро его все еще не прислали.

Our stay at this property was very disappointing. 1. Check-in issues: We spent over an hour calling and waiting just to get the door opened. The online check-in service suggested by the host didn’t work properly. The host’s support team was extremely slow and unresponsive, adding to the frustration. 2. Condition of the apartment: The apartment looks much worse than in the photos. There was a strong sewage smell inside, the furniture was very basic, and the bed was uncomfortable. 3. Neighborhood: The area was noisy and dirty, with abandoned buildings and questionable individuals nearby, which made us feel unsafe. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. I would not recommend this property to others.

Location was good. 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from metro and trains to get into the city centre. Don't let the Location put you off as the transport system is amazing in valencia. Close to supermarket as well. Very cosy apartment that has everything you need for cooking etc. Would book back

Description isn't clear that the washing machine and terrace are shared between the block. Not an issue as the washing machine was free to use when I needed to. The terrace was lovely but I didn't use. The last night it was very noisy with people partying and letting people in that weren't staying there.
