"Disappointing"

Had to pick keys up from a corner shop If didn’t have a van would get wet in the rain if it was raining because of the walk When dropping the keys back off There was no letter box like stated so had to wait till the shop opened at 7am Made me late for my meetings for the day Tv didn’t work in bedroom Said there would fix it but didn’t
