The apartment was very central and the view over the Marina was great.Under ground parking which was great and very secure.

The apartment is quite old and the kitchen equipment needed to be overhauled.A kettle would be great and the dining room table needed some attention.

The only thing good about the property was it’s location and it was clean

No kettle electric or otherwise,coffee machine had no pods and we had no idea which pods to buy,3 toilet rolls for a 10 day stay,ComeOn.The noisiest fridge freezer I have ever heard the freezer was totally iced up when we got there,the dining table was rocketry and unsafe,no instructions for the washing machine of dish washer.I had no contact from the agent on the morning of our arrival but when I did I was asked was I sure I’d booked the accommodations then no contact at all during my stay,I had no idea were to leave the keys or any instructions.Not very happy people

Great location and a great balcony, with really good wifi. It was very easy to get into the apartment and the parking, with easy communication from the host and agency. The apartment is just a 2 minute walk from the port and the beach, with loads of shops and restaurants. We loved the balcony. And the parking was really useful.

The communication was great, until we had a problem. We were locked out of the bathroom, not our fault, neither the fault of the owner, just one of those things. However, the problem was when we tried to get in contact, and they wouldnt respond. They finally responded saying that someone would come. There was then silence, we tried to contact the 2 numbers they left us, nothing, wrote to them on booking, nothing. 3 and a half hours later, the man came to fix it. If they would have just told us, that it would take 3 hours, that would have been fine, but they left us waiting, and without responding to us. Another issue is going from the garage to the lift, it's a tight hallway, with a stair up then a stair down, if you are carrying a lot of things, or disabled, or with a baby, then it's an issue. There is just one set of keys, and the front 2 doors are strange that you need a key to get out, and there are no buttons, so if multiple people want to leave at different times, you can't get out as you need a key to get out. Final thing to improve, I would recommend them leaving out some useful information such as, how to find the pool and when it can be used, where to find the rubbish bins, local information etc. would have been good.

Beautiful location. Large balcony overlooking yacht club and beach. Great WIFI. Loved our stay. Our host was great.

The hosts were super amazing, welcoming, informative, professional and very friendly. Thank you for the cabo De gata hiking trip. Being a Lawyer can take it's toll and the relaxation was necessary, you gave me that, so I am grateful. I hope to return soon 😊

The location of the apartment was excellent overlooking the port. My sat-nav directed me to the other end of Aguadulce but Oriana came to me and directed me to the apartment. What a wonderful host. Had a bonus of excellent weather for January. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday treat to myself and will definitely return.
