I booked the house at 11 am. Then got a message that it was not what was listed. It was only a 3 bedroom. We had elderly with us that could not share a room. So that would not work. She told me the house would not even be ready til after 5pm. I let her know right after that at 1:30 that we would be cancelling. She told me good luck with my search and that there was plenty of single beds for the adults. It was never an issue of beds as it was we needed separate rooms for a few adults. She told me I could cancel to contact booking. As she didn’t handle that. Booking tried to contact her multiple times that day she would never respond. She then denied my refund. There was more than enough time before the house was ever ready. She has yet to accept my refund even tho we never stayed in the house and she was aware of us cancelling early as it was just booked that day as well. So if you have any issues good luck with her fixing them.

"Such a beautiful house and an amazing stay!"

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and everything was so lovely! The house itself is so beautiful! We were right in front of the street car so that made it convenient to get to where we needed to go. Everything was so clean and well put together! Definitely made the weekend very special!

Location is great!

There aren’t the number of beds as listed(9 instead of 13), black mold in closet, can’t open the windows, stains on bedding.

B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L home! Safe area, conveniently located, immaculately cleaned, fully stock with toiletries and all the housing needs to accommodate our family’s trip. I would definitely recommend this rental and hope our family can occupy it again in our future stays to Nola.

No dislikes at all!
