NEW Luxe BEACH villa I Soundproof windows I 9 meters pool I KIDS stay free

Location is good for and is a walk to shops restaurants and beach. (the lane way was difficult but that was due to contruction work nearby). Once we settled in and relaxed we found that it is a nice apartment and the pool in the centre of the coplex made it easy to monitor the grandchildren.

We had difficulty on arrival as the host wasn't available. Luckily staying next door was a girlfriend of the owner who was lovely and super helpful and gave as much help as she could. (even gave us some beers for the inconvenience :)) Air con was off on arrival which detracted from the experience. We had to arrange a significant clean and a plumber to resilicone the sinks in the ensuites due to mould. However this was done promptly and the cleaners worked hard to help us during the stay. (it was wet season and very damp). Would have liked a better equiped kitchen with a coffee machine.

Place was very new and beautifully renovated. Stay was really comfortable and totally enjoyed it as a family. Will recommend it!

The walk into the villa can be dark at night as the road is not well lit and not paved.

We stayed at this villa with family and friends, including two small kids, and it was amazing. The kids' amenities were free, new, and clean. The villa is stylish and very clean, with a big pool that has a kids' zone. I loved the relaxing outdoor garden bathtub - a very cool experience. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, and the host, Jane, was very responsive and gave us great tips for nearby places to eat within a short walking distance. The beach was just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for the kids. The location is the best, without a doubt. Even with nearby construction, our stay was peaceful - no noise or dust inside the rooms. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially with kids!

My family and I had a great time at the villa. It's located in a top-notch villa complex and is brand new, situated just around 300-400 meters from the beach. The design of the villa is very stylish, featuring double-glazed windows all around, something we haven't encountered in any of our many stays in Bali. This made it really quiet inside, despite the ongoing construction in the area. We visit Bali often and have plenty to compare it to - this villa is definitely the best. A special thanks to the team, and to our wonderful host, Jane. The team was very caring and punctual. The villa was always perfectly clean. We're definitely coming back and highly recommend it
