Private, quiet location. Convenient to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We rented bikes from local ebb and flo(mobile service only and very efficient), making our transit time even easier. Our unit had all the conveniences of making our stay comfortable. We would come again and hopefully stay longer!

"A rare and TRUE hidden gem in a beautiful area of Bonita Springs, Florida."

I travel a lot. So, I stay in a lot of rentals. I normally don’t do reviews; unless the review adds value for other travelers; because of an exceptional experience. And my 18-night stay here, was certainly exceptional. I traveled to Bonita Springs for two family birthdays. I stayed in the one bedroom, one bath, called “Sand Dollar” It was so cute. And well furnished. And the decorations were themed very well. And it was in an AiRBnB park-like setting. I dubbed it the AirBnB Campground to my family and friends. Winding gravel entrance. Many AirBnB units will all kinds of different looks. And fishing kayaking launch…. And everything worked perfectly. The location is wooded and quite. Nature sounds all day; coupled with laughter of kids playing and couple chit-chatting on their porch.. A real nice Rockwell painting-type environment. With plenty of spaces indoors and out. Being so close to Barefoot Beach, it has great live great music venues and restaurants close by, as well. And plenty of amenities to cook whatever you wanted to there. If your visiting in Bonita Springs, I HIGHLY recommend one of Dave and Jennifer’s AirBnBs. Because, it is so rare these days to find true gems like this. Happy and safe travels.

"Cottage Gem 💎"

The cottage was nicely renovated and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the front door. The size of the place is perfect for a couple with maybe one or two children. However, there are no outside amenities other than a small patio with a table and chairs. I would recommend this for someone looking for a clean,quiet, and comfortable place to stay without the expectations of a resort.

The exterior of the property is rustic, but honestly, I think it added to the charm
