"Our stay was very comfortable."

The location for us was perfect for what we were there for: baseball. The space itself was perfect for our family of 4 with very open layout. Also, the washer and dryer were ideal for our stay!

The property could only be accessed by 4 flights of stairs. Not only was it exhausting on 95 degree days but it was difficult for me as a 55 year old woman with knee problems. Also, the stairs were not cleaned of cobwebs or bug debris. The property could use some updating as far as furniture, etc. All of the dressers were rickety and one was press-board but practically falling apart. The toaster did not work and the air conditioning was very slow to get the place cooled down. Regular cleaning of the filter would help the air conditioning unit be more effective.

It was enough space for the family the location was awesome

The exterior of the property needs to be cleaned dusted for spider webs all the hornets nest should be removed
