Lovely view from 34 th floor Great location close to shops, public transport , accommodation above a small mall , good communication w the owner and cleaner . Good aircon , working tv , washing machine , and microwave .has good cutlery and dishes , has game boards provided , books though we didn’t use them , fast internet and nice wall decor also has a code to Get in the condo so no need to find keys .

This is a constructive feedback and this is an honest opinion of a well travelled Person and hope you take this onboard . Booked this based on previous feedbacks and advising the availability of 1 bed and 1 futton bed . Unsure if there has been a change of manager as the cleaner who came around the next day did not have any clues half of what we were talking about based on description of accommodation. 1. Had to send a message to property to Obtain access to door as opposed to being told that instructions will be sent before checking in. 2. Fridge was dirty . We had to remove decomposing food , we can’t wait for a cleaner as we had perishables so had to clean it ourselves 3. Never stayed in a place where a wardrobe was not provided . There was a wardrobe and drawers but were filled with owners stuff we didn’t have anywhere to place our clothes . We had to contact owner for a cleaner to come to clean up and move things . This was very annoying and disruptive to our schedule . These should’ve been done beforehand . 4. They have a karaoke and game player but would be helpful if there were instructions on how to connect and use them . The cleaner who was sent to sort things out didn’t even know how to operate . 5.Cold water dispenser may have dirty or unchanged filter . The water tasted slimy and fishy. 6.no hanging rail for washing . Had to spin the clothes a few times which was a waste of power . We were told by the cleaner The only place to dry our clothes was a small hanging towel rail in the small Bathroom which would’ve never dried the clothes due to moisture . 7.No clear instructions on how to operate the shower. There were 2 shower heads and had to play around to turn on hot water . Not straightforward if you want hot water straight away . 8. No clean washing sponges were provided we had to ask for it . The one we were given was a very worn out dish sponge . This is unhygienic. Dirty rags were placed in the laundry basket . 9.

Very nice studio, clean, all facilities you need, for good accommodation & cooking if wish. Full kitchen, with coffee station!!! Modern bathroom, hot pressure water on shower. Very good swimming pool, with 150p fee per day. Good surroundings with coffee, restaurants, supermarket. Not far from MTR station. Nice SM Mall, at 10 minutes walk. Recomand !!!
