"Great location, Hosts provide great instructions, home is comfy, spotless, good wifi, beautiful"

10.0

Communications were mostly with host Renee, and she was extremely friendly, helpful, caring, and responsive. I like that communications could occur by email or text, off the booking company’s website. Information she provided was very clear. We arrived late the first night, the location is remote, but we had no trouble at all getting it (photos of the gate lock and lockbox for house key were very useful). The house is pristine—imagine if your favorite aunt had prepared her house for you to stay, everything perfect, loads of towels, robes, everything you could want in a kitchen, loads of books and CDs and DVDs. We took advantage of an old John Wayne DVD on the second night, but our main goal was to wake up near Chiricahua N.M. to hike—45 minutes away—and we were not disappointed, even though there was snow that delayed the opening of the road to the top. We heard a range explain the unique volcano that created the geology that created the unusual rocks, and we had very close encounters with deer, and later enjoyed the last of the sandhill cranes in Willcox at sunset. The hosts made a generous offer to allow us to extend, but our schedule did not permit. I took a bath in the large bath tub, and we enjoyed the night sky and the desert observation area late at night. I could see spending an extended time here on some other trip. Very good experience.

Nothing not to like.
