Being able to have a real fire would have made it even more special

Great position for Brixham town, amazing spot close to the harbour. Lovely & clean, modern facilities comfy. Literally a few doors down the road is a warm welcoming pub, few doors away a wine bar & restaurants. Had extra night as free & communication from landlady Annie great. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location, cosy cottage, and everything you need for a short break

We had a lovely stay at the Fisherman’s Cottage in Brixham. The location was perfect — close to the harbour, shops, and restaurants — and the cottage itself was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a charming spot with plenty of character.

If we had to mention anything, the bed and the sofa in the living room could be a bit more comfortable, but overall it didn’t take away from a really enjoyable stay. We’d happily come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy base in Brixham.

The house was very well equipped, had everything you needed. Beautifully decorated and furnished, clean, great location and Annie was super helpful during the booking stage, through check in and check out. Would highly recommend

No dislikes, it would be a nice little bonus to be able to sit in the evenings with the fire going but understand why this sometimes wouldn’t be an option

We absolutely loved fisherman's cottage in Brixham, it is extremely clean and comfortable and is kept to a high standard with everything you need for a lovely holiday stay. I cannot say anything negative about this cottage it is wonderful. The cottage is situated within easy walking distance of the shops and harbour with many lovely places to eat and drink. Annie is a superb host and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have the best stay in her holiday cottage. I am honestly sad to be leaving fisherman's cottage and Brixham but hopefully will return next year. 🙂

Upstairs bathroom not stated when booking if elderly you would struggle, bathroom needs an upgrade , smelly drain in courtyard, not enough seating if you rented for 6 people in the same room , we have stayed in Brixham for the last 25 years stayed in a lot of properties, thanks for the stay

the property was very clean location was fantastic and owner was very helpful nothing was a problem highly recommended
