Sofas were a little low for my elderly parents, but would be perfect for the younger generation as are very modern..bedrooms very hot, but both had fans

Uncomfortable (too soft) mattresses. Hot weather made flat uncomfortable - fans helped enormously.
GBReally spacious, excellent location in walking distance from loads of bars, restaurants, independent shops, the universities, tram stops and the city centre. The fans in the bedrooms were a useful addition to stay cool without having to keep the window open at night.
Because of the location, remember to take earplugs if you're a light sleeper, the patrons of the surrounding bars can sometimes be a bit lively at night!

Because I slept with the window open, it was a little noisy on the first night, but I probably wouldn't have heard it had I had the window closed. I had a slight problem locating and opening the key lock box, but that's probably just me.
