Comfortable bed Games under table for entertainment Kitchen had mostly all the facilities

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing, I was already having issues with my booking app, the host was very slow with communication & not much help with locating the property as I was having issues with receiving messages via my app. This set us back by an hour into arriving as we were walking around trying to find the place mind you it was cold & constantly calling the host with no answer with very slow replies. Overall confusing location to find. The apartment had a damp smell upon arrival & it was cold throughout our stay, despite putting the heating on it was not effective enough to heat the entire space properly as the heater kept dropping down to 21c. There were no cleaning products provided i.e sponge for dishes & a cloth for any minor clean ups which made it difficult to keep the space clean. Then the next day there was no WIFI as expected, which was an inconvenience as it did not allow us to use the smart TV as provided & connect via our phones. The router was just flashing, the host was notified, again slow replies from the host, which at that point we gave up. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

The facilities are top notch. Clean and tidy all through. Detailed instructions were sent ahead of arrival and also readily available in the accommodation. Queries were attended to promptly.

1. Couldn't connect to the WiFi on the first night with the details provided but figured out a different way to connect. 2. Cleaner came earlier than the agreed check out time. Better communication amongst staff will be helpful.

Good location Fast wifi that I can work from the room. Good kitchen facilities, although the hob is a bit old. Room size is reasonable good, especially for the low cost.

Room service is terrible. I book for the stay of 3, but there are only 1 double duvet and 2 sets of towels provided. I tried to call the host with the number provided in booking.com, but no one answered, and never called back. I have to rushed to a nearby Tesco to buy myself. The sink in the toilet is blocked and very smelly. I couldn't not use it at all during my stay. It was cleared stated how to get the key and access the apartment (whic is good), EXCEPT it didn't say the apartment is in the basement. I spent quite sometime trying to find the locker box neat the main entrance of the house, and again, could reach the host by phone calls.

Good communication from the host throughout. Great location. Useful handbook provided.

Great location within walking distance of the hospital

This was a basement room and upon arrival I could smell the dampness straight away, unfortunately it was in the bedroom so I tended to spend less time in there as possible, I also had an issue with the television where it wouldn't connect to the wifi but the owner kindly purchased a ROKU stick and dropped it off meaning that at least I could watch it that way
