Ruang yang luas.

Khidmat pelanggan kurang cakna terhadap tempahan (Kena tanya baru mereka jawab -maklum balas yang kurang pantas). Terpaksa tukar rumah di saat akhir kerana cuti di Selangor pada waktu itu (Dah hampir sampai di tempat pengambilan kunci baru dimaklumkan akan pertukaran tempat). Manual untuk pengambilan kunci tidak jelas (Terpaksa ke hulu ke hilir baru jumpa tempatnya). Keadaan katil yang agak merisaukan sebab nampak macam reput/ nak patah. Seterika yang disediakan merisaukan untuk digunakan (tapak hangit, wayar hampir terdedah). Diharapkan agar pihak khidmat pelanggan maklumkan awal tentang tempahan (bukan pelanggan yang perlu follow up berulang kali - minta no telefon tetapi akhirnya diam macam tu). Rating: 5/10
