Apartamento Carlos , Lomas de Cabo Roig area, Playa Golf II,2 bedroom,2 terraces,swimming pool

The flat is located in a quiet residential area, in a cul-de-sac, with the balcony overlooking the area. Parking was easy, as it was out of season. The pool was lovely, and not too overlooked. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything you needed. A complementary bottle of wine and water was really appreciated. Bars & restaurants were within a safe 10-minute walk, and the beach of Cabo Roig was less than 10 minutes by car. Ideal location.

Some park areas near the flats seemed a little neglected, but I still felt safe to walk around after dark on my own. And although many flats in the complex are holiday homes, there were still plenty of residents around.

Very clean,all the facilities you could need -washing machine, microwave, chairs for the beach Liked the lock up for the keys. Good WiFi, large bathroom with strong shower and clean towels. Well decorated with personnel touches in every room.

Not being picky but found the drive way in and out of parking area a bit tricky to negotiate, especially with a hired car. You definitely need a car to get around this area. It might have been out of season but couldn't get into the swimming pool area, it was locked up, a pity. Pigeons roosting in court yard, high up, made alot of noise in the mornings- just small points really.

The owner gave me all the information in the morning and how to get to it, when I arrived the apartment was very clean and everything you need, front patio for breakfast or to eat outside, there was a area out the back under a gazebo with a gas BBQ, beds where comfortable , no cleaning bill if you leave it all clean 😀👍

For what you pay for this apartment, there is nothing to complain or not like

Airconditioning was broken. Able to cancel the reservation but nothing else to book (in same range of price) no discount or something like that

Very spacious and tidy. great facilities and a lovely balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Modern, refurbished property. Spotlessly clean. Front area with sunbeds got the sun all day.

Everything was fine. Excellent bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk away.
