The location was about a 25 minute walk to my work in Whitestone. Walked to and from work regularly. Rideshare was available with minutes. It was quiet, clean, and well appointed for my purposes.

A message to the host got the temperature settings changed, but having a thermostat to control the temperature myself would have been better.
