It’s a house with rooms with codes for the rooms but just walking into the front door felt warm and welcoming.

Everything was great with the property no problems

Location was ideal for my work in Elmsett, parking on the drive was a little challenging the first night two vans side by side but I managed. The accommodation overall is very clean and tidy with separate cupboards with utensils and fridge freezers for each room. The main Bathroom is on the Second Floor which again was very clean, the shower is not the most powerful but was fine for me.

The room has plenty of space around the double bed with a chair and drop leaf table which is good for doing work or eating. The problem I found that my room being on the First Floor and being adjacent the Kitchen suffered from the noise being made by others upstairs and adjacent. Also the light entering the room from the window with the blind closed was a little too much for me to enable a goodnights sleep.

Really great place to stay! Will definitely go back next time I need a place to stay over. Lee is a top man, really helpful and very kind. Thank you again
