Baguio City Center Megatower III FAST WIFI 3 mins walk to SM city CushyNest MT3

It is near to SM, Session Road and the Cathedral.

I didn’t know that you need to pay separate for the parking. The rooms gets hot during the day. It is a tiny studio apartment with three bunk beds.

It was really cute, close enough to walk for food and a 15 minute walk from buses and a short walk to the market. Lots of attention to detail to make it feel home away from home

Drain to the sink is not really draining but the place is very nice

I really like the property. Everything was well prepared and place was perfect.

I think it was just a coincidence, but the electrical/trash room across the room smells really really bad. When we pass by and when we open the door of the property - the smell comes in :( We had to open the terrace door all day just for it to be gone.

well thought of with occupants’ interests in mind. the host carefully thought of things (even the small ones) that renter would need during the stay (to name a few): - instructions clearly provided over email and also printed on the property - drying rack at the balcony for towels - air sanitizer - youtube premium subscription - drying towel near the sink - charging docks at the bed (would be great if can convert to type c) - board games communication before the check in was also clear and smooth. provided heads up that request for early check in could not be accommodated. main and back up contact numbers were also provided on the instructions. balcony has nice view :)

third level of the bed feels cramped and uncomfortable. but you can bring down the mattress on the floor as there’s enough space.

The place is fantastic for barkada activities! Tbh if you're a staycation fan, you'd choose whether to stay in the condo or go for a stroll outside lol since the place is really nice and near some tourist spots. And kudos also to the signs that were posted inside the unit 😸 kinda served as our guide hehe

The guards downstairs/at the main lobby 🤣 they are quite rude, and are not welcoming to their guests (if i were to compare it to other condos i/we have stayed at Baguio)
