This typical Keralan house is absolutely stunning. Sweeping stairs, chandeliers, patios to relax. Incredibly clean rooms (especially appreciated after two weeks in Northern India) Wifi in each room. Only 15 mins from Cochin airport and perfect for beginning or ending your tour of Kerala. We loved it and wished we could have had more time there. They also have a massage area at the back of the house and someone comes on site to give massages. Highly recommendable

Excellent Property, a typical Keralite architecture but with all modern amenities. Everything in the property has been hand picked and very nicely designed for a memorable holiday for Families, Friends & Social Club members. Staff was available on call all the time, even at late night to help us in case of any need. Planned to visit the place again with my full family and spend a quality family time here at PARUDEESA.

Though a full fledged kitchen is available, it would be better if we have in house food availability.

We are regular Booking.com travellers and would rate Parudeesa as Jack’s place as one of the nicest, best-located, and real values of all the places we have stayed. We didn’t feel anything different from Texas ( USA ) as it’s so European. We did hold an event here - including a photo session, food, welcoming with garlands, fireworks and other entertainment all managed by Jack ( he is truly a “ jack of all trades “ ) The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also, close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone around the world. To be honest it cannot be compared to any other places on entire Kerala. Please don’t say no to - Rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage therapy and authentic food provided by the Manager ( Abhi ) at reasonable prices! What a team at Parudeesa- won’t forget these wonderful moments ever.

What did we like about Parudeesa...literally everything. Our hosts Jack and his mother were extremely warm and went way beyond our expectations with their hospitality and care. The house itself was a beautiful amalgamation of traditional Kerala architecture with modern amenities and the room was spacious with comfortable bedding...freshest linen...superfast wifi and cable tv and the cherry on top being the clean, modern washroom. The courtyard and garden alongwith the rooftop yoga corner and tea and coffee station were beautifully designed and added just the amount of rustic charm; the place was already naturally endowed with; to take it to the next level. There's ample parking space and the overall ambience is relaxing and peaceful. The main takeaway according to us was however the hospitality and love of the hosts. When I stumbled upon this place I never thought I had come across a hidden gem and my first thought, as they say, “too good to be true”. I got in touch with the owner of the place, Jack was and is the most thoughtful host, he was even kind enough to give information of the places in and around the area. The stay was quite pleasant, the kitchen has everything u need and the bedrooms are spacious and ever so comfortable. Has beautiful a terrace garden, and I was thinking to myself ‘this would be a perfect place to read a book’ lo n behold there’s a library at the stay.. The unforgettable ayurvedic massage, a place to meditate and do yoga, and a wooden swing.. the place I thought was magical.!! It’s located in a nice and quiet place to immerse yourself in the moment with some of the best food recommendations given my Jack himself, and we were not disappointed. He went the whole 9 yards to make our stay comfortable including the whole ”toddy experience” at dawn!!! The review is my way of saying a huge Thank you to Jack, and the staff for such a wonderful time and a promise that I’ll be back for experience again!!! Thanks Jack

It was like living in a Palace. The house was beautifully decorated with every amenity available. Everything was well catered for. Bedroom were tastefully decorated with large ensuite. The Chutney (outdoor area) was great as well as the Yoga area. The host has put a lot of thought into the decor and succeeded. I would definitely recommend this house.

I recently stayed at Parudeesa for a business conference which is located in a calm and serene vicinity. I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming (of course with a Kerala traditional flowers garland) and extremely accommodating. The living room was beautifully decorated and the check-in process was seamless. With a fresh smell of flowers and extraordinary chandeliers it looked like a 5 star hotel lobby. The room itself was very spacious, and comfortable and had a stunning view of the garden. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were of high quality (of course all were white with a flowery fragrance). The bathroom was also very spacious and immaculately clean. Had super fast Wifi and a large smart TV with all the local channels as well as OTT apps were available. One of the highlights of my stay was the homely food and the wonderful cocktails that were provided. The home had a fantastic dining room with a bar attached — and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The quality of the food was exceptional and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were also attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The massage room that has a creative artwork was really aesthetic and the massage that I booked was mind-blowing along with the steam bath which was a complete relaxation for my trip. Overall, I would highly recommend “Parudeesa” to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable and a memorable stay. The level of service, attention to detail and overall experience was truly outstanding." I wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family and will be returning soon for just relaxation purpose.

This is a delightful Enormous house that is somehow both in the middle of the village and at the same time easily reachable to the city and yet was so quiet and felt secluded. This was a great stay for me a long-term Holiday-home stay – the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms are very well divided, so one of us staying up late wasn’t disruptive to the other at all, and the wifi signal is strong.

I would stay here again. This host was great -very responsive and available to answer questions. The General manager absolute pleasure to deal with. OMG 😱 the ayurvedic massage centre and yoga space blew my mind away!!
