Very close to all shopping needs. Communication with owner was very helpful

Apartment was fine, but some dirty dishes and cutlery found. Floor and chairs were not very well cleaned

It’s Location.

BEWARE & AVOID !!!!! This property was a traumatising experience ! From arrival we were met with a bad odour throughout. The bathrooms were disgusting with mould, limescale, hair, urine, grime, toothpaste and items left from previous guests. 1 shower blocked & sink hole grotesque, with the 2nd shower area water no regulating. Bedroom coverings were pungent. Used plaster in drawer with bags and other litter products. Blinds in both bedroom torn with some slats missing. 1 double bed very unstable. Extra bed required for child was provided with broken base ! The bed coverings couldn’t be tolerated due to smell, with us resorting to purchasing a full duvet set from a local B and M shop, where we also bought cleaning products. We also had to discard mouldy used food kitchen products, left from previous users and clean all utensils and kitchen cupboards / sink areas. When we telephoned to complain to the property manager based in London not Leicester ! We were told a cleaning team would arrive at property if we stayed in until lunchtime on the 19th of October…..Cleaning Team Arrived !!!! That was One elderly man with a plunger ( Mohammed .) He expressed his displeasure of returning as his wages would be removed by the Manager of Property. He became angry and aggressive, upsetting our 14 year old daughter. When we pointed to the condition of a broken dining table chair, he upturned all 4 chairs angrily!! We asked him to leave & telephoned the Manager again ! to inform him to request Mohammed to leave the flat or we would call the police. He left minutes later after a feeble attempt to unblock and clean the dirty areas of property. Following this the manager of the property in London offered a small refund of £50, for the return of the cleaner to property….Only if we gave a 10 star review on Booking.com. He then offered £100 ! again on the condition of giving a 10 star review, but no payment would be refunded until this was done on Booking.com !!!!!!

Location was good, close to pubs and places to eat, Tesco Express 5 minutes away, plus only short walk to city centre, car parking space on street opposite

The floors and skirting boards were dusty. Noise form the pubs opposite, people sitting on bench outside magistrates court talking, at all hours people arguing leaving pub opposite, open until 4am, emptying bottles into the bins in one pub regularly

Everything is nice

Good Host, comfortable, modern beds, bathrooms, grate location, easy check in and out. TV, comfortable sofa. Good size showers. Perfect for short and long stays.

Too many stairs.
