Villa Aida - 4 bedroom luxury villa with large private pool 4K projector and Jacuzzi

Villa is clean and beautiful.Lovely and accomodating host. The facilities are exceptional and spacious. Not far from pula center and beaches around the area

Location not so easy yo find due to ongoing road construction which cause some inconvenience for food delivery and access.

Jovan & Aida haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles wichtige zum Haus und zur Umgebung erklärt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und exakt wie auf den Bildern.

Die einzigen Gründe weshalb es keine 10 Sterne sind, ist dass man ohne Auto nirgendwo hinkommt und der Pool nachmittags leider im Schatten ist. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau :-)

We nearly didn’t make it and this owner put up with waiting until the very last day to see if 1 of the passports arrive which luckily it did. The owners are absolutely lovely and meeting us at the property was lovely. The villa is massive with all kingsize rooms all fully air conditioned as well as heated if need be.

I wouldn’t say that we didn’t like it but if I had to say something it would be that the trees in the garden mostly cover the pool but there is a hot tub however, I would of preferred a heated pool. We visited in early May so it’s also out of season and there is a lovely hot tub. My suggestion would be to cut the trees down a bit so they aren’t over that side of the pool because then it would have been lovely and warm.

Spacious house with great facilities including the pool and jacuzzi. Modern and tidy with lovely outdoor space as well. House was equipped with everything you need. Communication with hosts was very good. Overall a great holiday was had and we even got great weather at the end of October 😀

Not a negative for us, but you do need a car because of the location.

It’s so modern and spacious and clean and the owners were so welcoming

The pool it’s amazing but too cold was like an ice bath but it’s a great size and we still had fun with the kids just took longer than normal to get into it

This wonderful villa is located in a good, quiet area, 2 km from the beach (10 minutes by car or bus that goes directly to the beach on schedule) There is a market and a shop nearby, a cafe is also close! but the Villa itself has everything you need to relax: a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a grill and a private cinema (projector), so you can combine both passive and active holidays in it !!!!

the only small minus: there is no filter for drinking water, which caused a little discomfort! We had to go to the store to get drinking water
