Well laid out. Secure and well facilitated

Needs more attention to detail on cleanliness. The skirting had dust. Kettle full of lime scale, and there were ants crawling on the carpet & kitchen top.

Everything was spotless as always

Location, welcome bits, modern design, WiFi reliable. Clean, fluffy, clean,plentiful towels and tea cloths . Everything you need in kitchen etc.. Prompt communication with owners.

Sofa, and mattresses need upgrading..Hanging rail in odd position above drawers

Sam and Paula were great. Answered any query quickly, let us into the accommodation early. The property is beautifully set up and has everything you need.

Found the sofa uncomfortable but that is probably because I have back issues

The locks to the house are very difficult to operate. Need some attention.

Clean, comfortable, easy access, easy parking, overall a lovely place 👍🏻

The closeness to the town centre and river. So a stroll rather than a drive. The green areas and parks nearby enjoyed the lighting display on the 13th century steeple across the road and the searchlights near the 14th century chapel. The library building is beautiful. Pleasantly surprised at how quite the street was with a main road just at the top. Very handy to have a private parking spot. All the utensils etc that you require were provided.

It was close by the town so that we could walk to restaurants.
