Bewdley River Cottage - Free private gated parking for 2 cars - River front location

Beautiful little cottage, decorated lovely,

Could do with a dressing table in the double bedroom

Very clean and exceptionnaly well equipped. Comes with a private parking which is essential for central Bewdly. We came around New Year and were very happy to find a decorated Christmas tree with lights in the lounge.

Being an old cottage the property naturally has a few low door frames and low beams. You have to pay attention walking around as there is a risk of hitting your head. We came during winter and found that the property could be made even better by having a few hooks for coats near to the back door.

The location was fantastic. All the facilities we might need were there for us. The property was exceptionally clean and in great order. The communication with the host was excellent. As it was the beginning of December a lit and decorated Christmas tree was there to greet us, which was a nice and welcoming touch. The parking was a real plus, particularly as the town was very busy with Christmas events and parking would have been hard to come by.

The location was very picturesque, the cottage was spotless, warm and cozy, and decorated to a really high standard. Lots of options for eating out. This really was an ideal getaway, we really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave! Beautiful and relaxing. We came in November, I imagine in the spring and summer this would be stunning!

We loved everything! Honestly no complaints.

The property is ideally located, central to Bewdley itself and located to so many pubs and restaurants and shops.

Nothing although my 6ft 3 partner would say the low ceilings after he kept forgetting and banging his head 🤣 I found this highly amusing throughout our stay
