Good location, clean & safe

Room is small so less decor in the room would help to maximise the space

Clean room, Good equipped kitchen, located near Birmingham University and Queen Elizabeth hospital . The staff was cooperative

Small rooms but clean and contained refrigerator

The room is extremely small, 12m2 while the other rooms are just opposite doors 1m away and you can hear all the noise during night, even if someone is doing shower. Wardrobe impossible to open as doors are blocked by the sofa - no space. The staff are completely unrofessional and fraudsters, money-hungry, texting you privately as soon as you check in - very unpleasant, and also chasing you to do another long booking and send them money without paying tax while there is no reassurance they will protect your booking...AVOID at all costs! I have a screenshot of conversation Also, there is no free parking, only street parking

The steep stairs and the telly not working

newly renovate and its like luxury. the main thing is all facilities available for daily routine usage .
