Great apartment in Hollywood with side ocean view! Direct access to the beach! 14th floor

The biggest disappointment is the presence of cockroaches unfortunately. It’s very unpleasant to have them. There are easy ways of getting rid of them indeed.   The pans and pots are due for renewal for sure. They are damaged and in an unhealthy condition to use.  Beds are very uncomfortable. Most of the beach equipment is dusty and dirty. About the building - pool is not a good option. very small and don't get sun in the afternoon. The building is at Hallandale Beach and it's at 45min walking distance to Hollywood beach boardwalk.

Have just to improve a few things inside the apartment but in general terms is a good place to stay.

Walls are pretty thin and we have the bad luck to stay next to loud neighbors. One bathroom needs some improvement.

We liked everything about the apartment, an ideal setup for a our family. We had plenty of space, a great kitchen with everything and were happy find a sun umbrella, beach chairs and some toys to make for a great day at the beach. The apartment and building was clean, staff very friendly, nice pool, decent gym and 2 minute easy access to the beach. I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to land for a week or two at the beach. You can take the bus into downtown Hollywood and then walk back (around 30 minutes). 7/11 is across the road and WalMart about a 5 minute walk.

Not a whole lot to complain about, the road outside was a bit loud at night but that was more to do with the drivers than anything.

Front desk staff but just one gentleman in particular was unhelpful and kind of rude
