Location was great. Luigi, our host, was sincere, with genuine interest in making our stay pleasurable. Luigi is easy to get a hold. He always replies when you reach out and deals with your questions immediately and to full conclusion. On arrival we were left a few coffee pods. We wanted to purchase more and were having a challenge trying to find the exact replacements at the grocery store. Luigi was very nice and dropped off more for our stay.

Many stairs with a steep angle. If stairs are a problem, then this is not the place for you, otherwise it’s Perfect.

Original apartment in the tower with nice terrace, comfortable beds, perfect location, friendly communication, self check-in, coffee, soap…everything what you need.

We would appreciate more dishes in the kitchen (just one usable wine glass) and some tray but it wasn’t so important for us.

"Magical vacation in the tower"

The apartment is truly amazing! Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, lots of space, beautiful rooftop terrace with a view of the old town :) Despite being located in the old town, the street is really quiet, during the night it's very peaceful! 3 minutes walk to the beach, same to any great restaurant nearby. Since it's in an old tower, there are lots of steep stairs, which could be tricky for elderly travelers or those with mobility issues. But overall amazing location to stay for friends, couples and families. Luigi is a welcoming and helpful host, answers any messages within minutes! Easy self check in process.

Insane location in the middle of Monopoli old town, close to old harbour. I am always looking for unique places to rent, that bring something different and this is a TOWER. We loved it. It was super clean and had a roof terrace in between the two church towers. Luigi was very helpful and gave us tips on where to park

We liked everything but as a note the tower has very steep stairs.
