The location. Away from touristy areas and more locals. Small beach steps away as well as several nice restaurants. Bus connection a 3 minute walk away. Ross the owner is a very nice lady.

The beds could be more comfortable, not terrible but not great.

"Very helpful staff and good communication."

The staff/owner were very kind and met me from the bus late in the evening after my flight was delayed. They made good communication via WhatsApp prior to my arrival too. Nice lounge and kitchen area.

Small suggestion for improvement would be the pillows, they are on the soft side and quite large (bulky). I did sleep well though so they are not bad.
