Although we booked a room for 3 people, the bed was not prepared for the 3rd person. There were no bedsheets, no linen and nothing. We tried to reach to the Trentino Short Stay through the contact numbers they provided (including the emergency contact). Nobody answered. Next day finally we were able to reach someone via whatsapp and someone else brought the linen but she had no idea what was the issue. When you book your accommodation with an unprofessional agency they have 0 communication and this is what happens. Then the person on the whatsapp agreed to refund some part of the stay due to their mistake. But like I said, each time you contact them, you have to start explaining from 0 since the intra-communication of the agency is basically 0. The refund is not arrived in the end. I would suggest the readers to arrange their accommodation in an actual BnB, hotel etc.

Struttura accogliente e ben tenuta. Posizione tranquilla, non vicina alle piste ma comunque strategica per gli spostamenti. Segnaliamo come unico punto negativo la SPA, risultata non accessibile nonostante una richiesta inviata via WhatsApp, alla quale non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Nel complesso soggiorno positivo.
