Modern and beautifully designed loft-style apartment with everything you need! Located in a quiet, green area with a lovely park nearby and a stunning neighborhood. The small welcome champagne was a thoughtful touch!

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. I would recommend providing a large, warm winter blanket, hotel-quality bedding, and additional towels.

Tho our room was small and efficient, it was tight. Great for a night or two.

Very spacious loft, well equiped and nicely decorated in Industrial style. Michael the host was very responsive and very kind. The location is 20 stairways from the Kurpark and closeby there is a supermarket and restaurants.

The hosts were super friendly. The parking was easy on a nearby street and free, and directly by a wonderful park. I loved walking to the City Centre from the location every day. I would absolutely return!

The apartment is quiet, bright and clean and well located to explore the Kurpark, although it's a long walk to the city centre.

The same day as our arrival, the owner used WhatsApp voice mail to communicate that the digital entry system was broken and a key had been left under the mat, but we were driving and could not hear the message, which resulted in much confusion when we arrived. The apartment is not actually a loft, but an above-ground basement opening onto a small green space. The front is all windows which do not open, so during the summer afternoon the apartment became quite hot and the only way to cool it down was to leave the front door open. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. The adjacent kitchen area and glass shower stall do not permit personal privacy, and the slippery shower floor would benefit from a non-slip mat. The owner sent another message after we had arrived, not mentioned in the booking.com listing, to say that we would have to pay 50 euros if we did not wash the dishes and put them away. After we left, we continued to receive repeat messages about how to use the digital entry system which was, in fact, not working.
