"Great location, house needs an update."

The location was quiet and had a couple of lovely walks for the dogs. Dogs were welcome and a garden was available. Coffee, tea and milk available on arrival.

The house is a little outdated and could do with a paint. The tap in the kitchen had to be operated with two hands as it was very loose. The springs on the mattress were coming through in the smaller of the two rooms. The bathroom sink plug very dirty.

"The worst nights stay anywhere and I never complain but to leave after 12 hours on a 2 night booking says it all."

Unfortunately all negative please continue below.

The location was awful,the property was dirty, the parking space was taken. The garden overgrown. The beds were uncomfortable. Had to find the owners number through booking.com as no WiFi details were available in the property.But the uncleanliness of the property was horrendous. We had another night booked but left that morning.

Great location. The owner provided excellent information regarding local take aways, etc. Really nice rooms with clean sheets, etc. Would love to come back if circumstances allow!
