Chic, immaculate Warwick apartment sleeps 4,2 bathrooms, free private parking, easy walk to Warwick, canal-side pub on doorstep - perfect for family breaks

Tina is a great host with some lovely treats on arrival. The apartment is very stylish, comfortable and a great location with easy access to Warwick and Leamington. It's really quiet and peaceful. Brilliant stay overall.

The arrival instructions would be a bit easier to follow if there was a map marking the entrance to the building in relation to the car parking spot.

Had everything we needed for 2 sets of friends meeting. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Nice welcome treats.

The rug in the entrance was a slip hazard. The opening of the door into the main bathroom proved annoying - didn't open enough. There wasn't enough room for the clothes rail to enable access. We ended up putting it in the hall.

Excellent location for access to canal, walking into Warwick and Leamington Spa. Well equipped. Quiet.

Confusing information to access the property. Lack of storage space/wardrobes in 2nd. bedroom.

The apartment is stylish, modern, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Beds were comfy and continuous hot water in the shower. Kitchen fully equiped, however we did not put to full use as we ate out during our stay. Location is perfect for exploring Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and for Warwick University. Parking located in a reserved space outside, which was important to us. We would definitely stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like. The apartment is located on the second floor, which might not be accessible for everyone as up two flight of stairs. (No lift). However, this was not a problem for us.

Very clean and central to the Cotswolds.

A beautifully furnished apartment which is so comfortable and clean. It’s in a great location, close to Warwick and the canal. We enjoyed having an en-suite as well as a main bathroom. The beds are so comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. We walked into Warwick several times and had a lovely walk along the canal to Leamington Spa. The apartment is a few minutes’ walk away from the Cape of Good Hope pub, which is by the canal and serves delicious food. The Cape Cafe is also close by and is perfect for breakfast.
