Everything is how it is in the pictures, the pool is a lot bigger than we thought

Nothing bad to say, was a perfect stay with a perfect host

The padel court within the compound was really handy and we used it daily. The pool area was pretty and the pool bigger than expected. The size of the bedrooms and the living area is good for a large group. Having Majda preparing breakfast in the morning was great. Nordine and his dog as security were lovely and very helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE - Cockroach infestation. From day 1 until day 5 we found 50+ cockroaches alive and dead. They were running up the curtains, behind the bed headboard, coming out of the toilet and door frames. We were told that the house had been sprayed on the day of arrival (if there was a problem, it should have been sprayed many days before we arrived). We made the host, Rena, aware and the exterminator was called however nothing was coordinated with us so he arrived when we weren't home. Nothing further was then done. We asked for compensation for the cockroach issue as guests didnt even want to sleep in the bedrooms but we were essentially told no and that we didn't get charged the pool heating fee instead. There is no reference to any pool heating charge on the advert so beware in case you get charged this. The host is lying to Booking.com to avoid paying any compensation and they have been reported. On arrival the house was missing the following things; - Towels - Toilet paper - Hand soap - Shampoo - Robe/slippers Please be aware that you do not actually have access to a washer/dryer as advertised. It is kept in a locked room which the housekeeper only has access to. We did ask her to do a wash and we were told no, we need to ask the host. By the time we got hold of the host, the housekeep had left. We had to wash clothes in the sink and hang them over the loungers outside. There are also multiple maids that stand and chat inside the house whilst you are there. You dont know who is coming and going. Items which were broken - Bathroom mirrors - A bedroom doorhandle (someone got locked inside) - shower tap handle completely came off - jacuzzi didnt work - volleyball court was unusable due to all of the stones on it (ball is flat with a broken pump) - Only 5 wine glasses and mugs meaning everyone cant have a drink at the same time - Dirty BBQ -No cloths for wiping down surfaces
