Spacious Detached Home Close to City with Ample Parking on the Drive

Beds were comfy. Nice and spacious.

The standard of cleaning was not up to standard. Could have possibly been to being over the Christmas period. Food left in the oven from previous guests. No dish washer products or washing up sponges. Not enough soap or toilet to last one day.

beautiful house with spacious rooms and facilities available. was everything we could have asked for, large garden and in a great location, close to a shop for food and not too far from Derby town. home owners were lovely and had great communication throughout our stay. 10/10 stay will definitely book here again!!

Well equipped property including a dishwasher and washing machine. Close to local shops and also to the centre of Derby. Extremely clean on arrival, bedding and towels smelt freshly laundered. Hosts could not have been more helpful and responsive. A couple of minor issues during our stay were dealt with incredibly fast and with a lovely manner, nothing was too much trouble. We needed to extend our stay and the hosts were incredibly accommodating for this too. Would recommend!

The house was lovely and clean, looked freshly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and overall l the house was well equipped and in a good location.

Sadly the lounge was a let down, the sofa was the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on. The alternative were dining chairs so we had nowhere in the evening to relax. Also the blinds were poorly fitted so we were unable to pull them open. Also. They've missed a trick with the enormous garden as it currently resembles a jungle! It would have been really lovely to have been able to sit out in the evening

Directions, self check in, response to questions and communication was excellent. Everything in the description was 100% accurate.

No tea towels!!! We didn't realise these wouldn't be provided and it was a but tricky when doing the dishes!

The instructions to enter and how to use the facilities was all clear. Location and rooms were very nice.

There were a few spiders around the house (like 4 total), so not ideal for me. Also on the drive there are quite a few stones and small debris, I think it would be good to brush these up to minimise the risk of damaging any car tyres.

Easy check-in into this wonderful home. Rooms have a lot of space and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances and more. Contact with owners was very easy. We would definitely come back again!

Garden is a little dejected and there was a space under the stairs that seemed out-of-bounds.
