The location is amazing. The balcony overlooks the ocean. It's calming, relaxing, and peaceful. The sounds of the ocean waves were therapeutic. It made for the best vibes, both day and night. The place was spotless and had plush bath towels. And it's a very secure location - gated with security. During our stay, it was very quiet, not busy or crowded. There were very cars in the parking lot while we were there. Only 2 mins from some really good restaurants to the south. And only 10 mins drive north to Puerto Nuevo for lobster. We would return for sure.

If there was laundry, I would probably book a long term stay.

The location of the condominium is exceptionally wonderful it has a gorgeous ocean view. We enjoyed the fireplace and balcony, great warming hospitality, and it felt welcoming. 24/7 security watch private car parking included. The condo I booked. Bldg B # 301 also included two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room. We loved it ideal for a wonderful weekend. The host, Giannina, thank you for the recommendations. You are wonderful, kind, and easy to communicate. One of my favorites is Candelia, which is a very authentic great mezcal, and appetizers are amazing. Mario, our server, is very knowledgeable. Surrounded by short distances Portales de Garcia, Puerto Nuevo. We drove out to Valle de Guadalupe 45 minutes of beautiful Valley drive to La Cocina de Doña Estela great food, especially for breakfast. I loved the corn pancakes and also stopped at Frida Kahlo Winery. Overall, we had an excellent time. Giannina, if you will have us as a guest, again, we will continue to book another approximate visit with my deepest sincere gratitude. I thank you for having us.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The shower had no water pressure. We "bathed" in the pool.

The view from the balcony was 'optimized' in photos. You see a lot more of the houses and neighboring tower than given the impression in the photos (not saying that they are doctored or anything) The night before we had not received the door code and had to request it - the host was SUPER HELPFUL and immediately sent the code. Thank you.

What a wonderful place! Clean and welcoming. Modern amenities. The property is so secure, jacuzzi and pool were clean. It is close to restaurants and bars and the beach is just right there! I slept watching the waves. We spent 4 days and didn't feel the need to leave the place for 2 days except for food because it was just too relaxing and resort like! We are definitely going to use this facility if available, again!
