Sky Apartman in Bratislava - With 2 parking places

1. They send you a link to a 3rd party website where you have to perform "online check-in" and pay deposit and tourist tax, and you have to trust that 3rd party with your payment details 2. The cleaning _before_ our arrival was not arranged in a timely fashion. Theie check-in and check-out times are 16:00 and 10:00, a good 6 hour span. Yet the cleaner was busy with cleaning until 18:00 on our arrival. So, we were only able to use the apartment since 18:00, TWO HOURS after their check-in time. She did her job well, she was friendly and polite, but the owner had to arrange this earlier 3. During our stay, I asked for help a few times, via Booking messaging system. I got NO RESPONSE at all. 4. I asked to order parking our car - no response 5. The apartment claims to offer a washing machine. It is either not working or not properly wired. My GF relied on that, we even bough washing liquid bc there was none on site - the thing wouldn't turn on. 6. When we were checking out, no-one came to the apartment but 1 hour after their ridiculosly early checkout time (10am) I got a message at the very same Booking messaging: "it's already 11, where's the key". Remember, NONE of my requests to them was even answered before. 7. Cherry on top: they kep EUR 50 from my deposit and they told me this: "You didnt return keys back" (which I did). I started a dispute with the Booking CS, and I hope very much that my money will be returned and that they will lose Booking as a platform

Veľmi pekné ubytovanie s nádherným výhľadom

Przepiękny widok z okien na miasto przede wszystkim nocą oraz balkon. Dodatkowa toaleta. Winda bezpośrednio na parking podziemny. Duży, przestronny apartament i bardzo dobry, prosty dojazd. Sklep spożywczy w tym samym budynku.

Kilka detali takich jak uszkodzona klamka w głównej sypialni oraz sznureczki w żaluzjach w tej sypialni. Okno przy stole w części jadalnej zamykane klamką na klucz do którego nie mieliśmy dostępu było nieszczelne, a podczas naszego pobytu były bardzo duże wiatry przez co bardzo wiało i gwizdało przez nieszczelne okno.
