My likes 1. The property is actually in a nice location 2. My Room is amazing with basic needs in place 3. The fact that the bathroom and toilet was made private is what I love most

My dislikes 1. The entrance to the property is nothing to write home about as it was very dirty with grass and items littered Opinion: I think first impression maters alot, if the front house should be cleaned and tidyed it will be amazing 2. The kitchen is nice but find it impossible to cook because it was filled with items like cartons, dishes and guests items on the desk rather than being put in the cupboards so the kitchen can be spacious for guests to use 3. After laundry one finds it difficult to dry washing 4. In the room, I would also like to suggest for change of beddings based on the guests length of stay than using same bedding throughout the stay I think that's all for now based on my observations, thanks.

Location and finding the property was very easy. Attached bathroom was a plus.

The stairs were very steep and were very inconvenient to take suitcases upstairs. There was other peoples stuff left in the drawers and cupboards, and the room itself was very small with just a bed and no space to move around.

Nothing! We never made it too the property. As we didn’t have a a link sent to sort deposit (which was over 3x the amount of the stay and wouldn’t be sent back for 2 weeks for some reason. Was left standing outside accommodation so found somewhere else to stay.

The guy on the phone was rude and made me out to be stupid. I’m just a working man looking for a bed. He gave me half the fee back but didn’t do anything for me so should really have got the full fee back. But past caring. I’ve never had a problem with anywhere I’ve stayed on booking.com, and that’s a lot of places. This was my first bad experience. So I’d tell anyone to avoid this one

The availability of kitchen and laundry appliances. The outdoor space was ideal for when the sun was out. The location was ideal for getting around: ease of access to transport lines and shopping/convenience stores.

The kitchen has plenty of space but none for tenants to put away their shopping. We had to leave cooking items on the kitchen surfaces which makes the space feel cramped. The room and common spaces had the host's personal items stored openly which made it feel like you're invading someone's personal space. Response time to address fixtures was quite long. I had a broken tap and once the heater was off. It took days for me to get assistance which was inconveniencing. It would be good to have printed rules/directions of using the common facilities eg washer and drier so that all tenants are considerate of each other. We had to contend with clothes left in either the drier or washer for more than a day at a time. Common areas were not cleaned.

Booked this room on 30th November, walked in, and immediately walked right back out. Let’s just say it gave ‘horror movie set’ vibes. The bathroom? Oh, the bathroom. The pictures say more than I ever could and trust me, I could say a lot. The bed? Unmade, despite paying for a cleaning service. Apparently, ‘cleaning service’ here means letting the local wildlife decorate. Speaking of wildlife, beware of the moth on the wall. It’s either the previous tenant or the new manager. Good luck if you’re brave enough to stay. Bring bug spray and maybe a backup plan. Stay safe!
