DEthe place is really well designed.it looks aesthetic.
1. no sound proofing — i booked the place in order to sleep -but its too noisy ; i can hear drilling from above the roof! noisy cars in the streets 😖 cant really sleep. 2. the aesthetic is so nice — but sofa does not really looked clean. 3. no elevator — specially if you’re in the 3rd floor. 4. value for money — not worth it
