Era un sótano solicitamos 2 habitaciones porque éramos 2 , pero mi compañero se fue al no poder quedarse por el terrible Olor a humedad , así que solicité ayuda .. tampoco el Internet servía estuve esperando en las escaleras 2 horas por ayuda .. duraron en llegar y no me dieron ninguna ayuda para cambiar de lugar .. Hasta tuve que ir a la farmacia porque la rinitis era tan fuerte que no pude dormir Horrible horrible pedí devolución y nada ni respuesta ni nada HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
