Very close to beach and many restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful.

I underestimated the summer heat and the lack of air conditioning was felt. However, the host was very kind to give extra fan & the evening breeze of air made up for the morning scorching heat.

Terrible soundproofing. You will hear a baby crying from the next apartment and neighbors talking until 2am from the top. The apartments need renovation, wooden windows, through which you can hear people and cars. I feel like I'm in 1970. No parking place as it was mentioned. I should find it every time in neighbor streets.
