The location was excellent – just a short walk from both the train station and Metro, which made getting around very easy. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, thank you. The apartment was a good size for our family of four, and it was really appreciated that the sofa beds were already made up when we arrived. Overall, the apartment was clean and made a convenient base for exploring Copenhagen.

The apartment felt a little tired and in need of some TLC. Some of the blinds and light fittings were broken, and the kitchen was lacking in basic equipment for those who like to cook – the oven shelves also needed a proper clean. As others have noted, the apartment was very hot, even during mild weather. We had a pleasant stay, but it felt a bit basic, and we wouldn’t necessarily book again.

Brilliant location, easy to find (thanks to very clear instructions), very clean and with everything we needed for a family stay. We loved it!

It was quite hot, despite the heating not being on, but fans were provided, which was excellent.

Everything was like it supposed to be.
