Location, cleanliness, very well equipped with utensils and extra supplies.

Beds were uncomfortable. We unfortunately didn't sleep well.

We had booked the house for one night in darlington me and my friends as we came to visit family we had some visitors earlier on the that had left at 10.30 at night a very rude abrupt lady and her son turned up and asked us to leave as we had had guests visit us who had actually left BT 10pm then accused us of smoking in the property when non of actually even smoke turfed us out in the street with no where to go also the house was very dirty and not cleaned hairs in the bath and on beds with dust on surfaces the toilette hadn't even been cleaned.

Nothing at all avoid at all costs horrible people with a bad attitude

Super house, very modern clean and tidy. Everything is labelled for ease of use and alot of thought has been put into it to ensure that it can be as eco friendly as possible which is a very nice touch.

The full atmosphere of the house. It was very welcoming and family friendly. Great size of house to the kids loved it.
