Outstanding location! Don’t be deterred by the distance from Downtown. Thanks to the newly completed road infrastructure connecting new developments with old Cairo, we enjoyed a smooth traveling experience. Madinaty itself offers an enjoyable community living experience with all amenities one could need. You could easily spend your entire stay there, whether for relaxation or remote work. Enjoy a variety of shopping experiences, from groceries to street food, an open-air mall, and South Park oriental evenings. If you prefer staying indoors, the Talabat App delivers everything you need from local restaurants and retailers, including groceries, within minutes. Additionally, there are affordable 24/7 pick-up and drop-off laundry services available. Plenty of drivers on Uber Comfort or other apps are accessible in the area, with clean and well-maintained cars. On the way back, Cairo's traditional taxis or Uber drivers are more willing to take you to Madinaty because they know it’s a busy and upscale area. The flat itself surpasses luxury standards, akin to those found on London B&B apps, curated in every detail. The shower area exudes a zen-like atmosphere, complemented by relaxing lighting, and fully equipped and functioning amenities. 24/7 customer service is reachable via WhatsApp, and the property is managed by a professional team on behalf of reputable developers. They have several properties across Cairo and the Middle East, with plans to expand into the UK soon. Overall, I loved my stay—it was affordable, safe, and luxurious. I wouldn't consider booking my stay in Cairo with anyone else unless this company had no availability. Highly recommended!

Was great so I decided to extend my stay here 3 times. Property manager was great.

Everything was clean. Manager of the property was a superstar. He was friendly , kind and always on time . Everytime. Wish we had more people like him for property management.

No much not to like. Only wish there was a small two seater table to sit at in the lounge. However this was not an issue.
