During our recent stay at Sam's villa in Benaulim, my friends and I enjoyed an exceptional experience that truly reflected the numerous positive reviews we encountered on Booking.com. This spacious three-bedroom property features a stunning pool view and private beach access, making it an ideal getaway. While all reviews we read were overwhelmingly favorable, one particular review by a guest named Sabrina struck a discordant note, painting a negative picture of the property. To gain a comprehensive understanding of both the villa and its host, we sought local perspectives, which reaffirmed the glowing reviews about Sam and his property. Many visitors praised Sam's attentiveness and hospitality, highlighting his dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction. It appears that Sabrina's dissatisfaction may have stemmed from her own misbehavior during her stay, as many local residents expressed their belief that she aimed to exploit her position as a female guest for unjustified complaints. Our experience at the villa was remarkable. The property was impeccably clean, the internet connection was fast, and Sam's quick responsiveness further enhanced our stay. Although we did encounter minor water intrusion during the rainy season, this was expected and did not detract from our overall enjoyment. For anyone contemplating a visit, I highly recommend booking this property without hesitation.

Lovely place, convenient.

Good property but maintenance could be better. Some basics were not available like toilet paper, no facility to hand clothes in the bathroom, kitchen wipes and kitchen towels, dsh scourer was not changed in a long time, rubbish wasn't collected everyday. I have edited my review - the host Sam does not take any negative feedback well. After seeing my review above, he called me and was extremely abusive - not the way a man should talk to anyone, especially a woman. He response to my review is completely fabricated. We were a group of 6 and no more. We are seasoned travellers and know how to respect property. When you pay a high price for a property, you expect basics (if not more). He called me saying - I have a video of me giving you the toilet paper that you wiped your arse with - who talks like that! He said he was going to write a response to my review for the world to see - and his response is completely untrue and fabricated - geez says I took his cutlery - come on mate, think of something more genuine! Yes we were given the toilet paper but we had to ask for it - basic stuff here. This guy does not know how to take constructive feedback. Anyone in hospitality knows that when a customer gives you feedback, take it on board and make improvements - oh no, this guy resorts to being abusive. I maintain what I have said, lovely place to stay but maintenance and basic hygiene is missing. And a note to Sam - mate if you don't know how to be hospitable to your guests and take on feedback, you are in the wrong business!

The property is very well situated and extremely well maintained. It’s not in the middle of the city’s hustle bustle. However, there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants right around the corner for any need.

An amazing stay! I can’t thank Sam and Yogeeta enough for all of their help to make our trip so perfect. The location is fantastic, a walk through the grounds to the beach and a short walk to the town. The villa was spacious and clean with a wonderful pool view.

Really nice located condominium with well maintained villas and really clean and tidy swimming pool, really quiet area for relaxing with family and kids, beaches are 10 min walk.

well maintained but with minor scratches and some things does not work, like the shower in one of bedrooms leaking from wall. The main problem is a host who was rude on the phone and threatened to lock our luggage until next day if we didn’t take it at exact time. He was nice before and let us keep the luggage after checkout, but after, something was changed and he called us to blame us we are broke villa rules. But it was clearly mentioned in whatsup conversation we can keep the key until collection of our luggage and left it to security guard after.

The beds were very uncomfortable. I am absolutely disgusted that I have paid twice for this villa and despite raising this as a concern over three month ago, I remain out of pocket.

This is the perfect property to stay in South Goa, the vicinity to benaulin beach and other attractions is just amazing and still very safe and luxurious. Sam and the team are very helpful and caring. The place will exceed your expectations.
