"Booked last minute, everything was easy."

Everything we needed. Easy entry with lockbox. Clean. Comfortable. Good communication from owner.

Couldn’t get bedroom tv to work but in fairness I didn’t persevere. TV downstairs so no big issue.

Home from home. Cosy and modern. Easy check in. Well stocked with everything that you could possibly need for your stay. Puzzles, books and colouring for the kids, ample toiletries and cleaning products supplied. Tea, coffee, milk and a pack of choc biscuits.

couldn't find any normal channels on the tv. despite re tuning so had to watch programmes on BBC iplayer and itvX. Could of done with a smaller knife and scissors as struggled to open a packet with the large knife supplied. No plug socket by the dressing table for appliances when stying hair in the mirror

Everything there that you could want…and more! Excellent communication regarding booking or queries and could accommodate a slightly earlier check-in which was really appreciated. Easy access to the motorway & the shop & takeaways are just down the road. It’s a beautifully decorated & furnished house and the milk & biscuits were a thoughtful touch.

If I had to pick something, the bed was a little bit soft but we were only there one night on the way through to Scotland and it wouldn’t put me off booking again!

"Comfortable, great for our needs"

Know the area well as I used to live there so obviously it is great! Very close to the dog walking field which the mutts were ecstatic about and also a great chippy and Indian takeaway. Property was comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. If I had to make a suggestion - kitchen towel and bathroom hand towel would have been welcomed - we did have our own with so no major biggy and left a present of a spatula. Very happy to recommend and would be very happy to use again
